Supporting people, communities and causes that matter
At Key Integrated Services, supporting the communities around us goes beyond the work we deliver. Across the business, colleagues regularly get involved in fundraising, sporting challenges, local initiatives and activities that support causes important to them. From individual fundraising efforts to company-wide events, these initiatives form an important part of our culture and the way our teams work together.
Colleagues taking on a challenge
In recent months, KEYIS colleagues have taken part in a range of fundraising activities, including the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, charity stadium walks and half marathons.
Many of these challenges have been led by colleagues themselves, supporting charities and causes with a personal connection while bringing teams together outside of their day-to-day roles.
Coming together for our Charity Day
In July, colleagues from across KEYIS came together for our company-wide Charity Day in support of Cure Usher Syndrome.
The day combined fundraising activities with an opportunity for teams across the Group to get involved in a shared cause, raising an amazing for the charity.
It was another example of what can be achieved when people across the business contribute their time, ideas and support towards something that matters.
Supporting our wider communities
Our involvement also extends into the communities connected to our colleagues and the business.
KEYIS continues to support local grassroots sport and community activity, including football teams and other sporting initiatives across our wider network.
These activities are not about ticking a box. They are driven by our people and reflect the same principles we expect across the business: taking pride in what we are part of, accepting responsibility for the communities around us and finding ways to make positive progress.
As KEYIS continues to grow, we want to continue supporting our people in getting behind the causes, clubs and communities that matter to them.
